People devote a crapload of cash and even more time trying to figure out the best ways to get a good night’s sleep. We expend tons on new mattresses, sleep clinics and try all sorts of “natural” or “herbal” remedies that are designed to help us get a better night’s rest. Unfortunately a lot of the things we try might actually be keeping us awake. The simple truth is that some of the things that we’ve trusted to help us get to sleep are actually things that are keeping us awake. Have you tested out any of the subsequent points?

It’s not out of the question that this chronic sleep disorder is at the root of the problems that they experience when trying to sleep. Recurring insomnia is a serious issue that necessitates seeking professional medical advice. An associate of mine experienced acute insomnia, but couldn’t figure out what was causing it. After undergoing extensive sleep testing it was determined that sleep apnea was the cause of his chronic insomnia. So it stands to reason that medical assistance may be needed to correctly diagnose your sleep disorder. But don’t forget that you are personally empowered to make changes to improve your sleep experience.
